For keeping food warm without an oven or blech, you could use Sternos and trays or utilize your Crock-Pot. Basically, plug your Crock-Pot in and set to low. When not in use, fill pot with water. Replace water with food as needed to heat it up. Then, since your Crock-Pot will be on over YT, you can set up your cholent Friday afternoon for Shabbos day.

I use a slowcooker on pesach with much success. I can put other sml pots n aluminum pans to rewarm or even cook (takes a while of course). Some posters were mentioning a problem now with toiveling, not sure if the mean the actual ppl mikva or is the store mikva an issue too..? So if u get just a griddle but dont use it for food directly u dont need to toivel it

Thanks.
Is it safe to keep on for 3 days straight?
Also, on low- does it take very long to heat up food?
What about a griddle? I can use it to cook food?
