Is there such a thing? I just don't want to be beating egg whites... too pressed for time!
Or any other kind of ice cream dessert that's super easy? And I don't have a food processor, just a small hand mixer.
Thank you!

Rich whip instead of egg whites. Not a health food but certainly easy.

do you use pesach whipping cream ?
if so add to the whip before whipping;
1 container pesach whip
1/3 cup european cocoa (or reg)
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup [confectionery] sugar
whip together
for topping:
1 container of pesach whip
with a tsp vanilla
+ 2 tbs confectionery sugar
whip

I whip together:
1 cup sugar
1 stick margarine
3/4 c cocoa
1 tsp vanilla
I mix at a high speed and then add 4 eggs, 1 at a time while continuously beating on high.

Omg of course they do. For years now.
I'm excited for your discovery!

Easy, safe ice cream:
Some liquid pasteurized egg whites in a carton
Frozen strawberries
Sugar
Food process and freeze. Perfect texture.

You can make mousse out of avocado, cocoa, dates in the food processor
Another recipe is quite decedent
2 eggs
2-3 Tbsp cocoa
2-3 TBSP sugar or sweetner
1 cup oil
Pour everything in a jar
Place a stick blender to the bottom of the jar
Turn on and DONT lift the blender
Wait until everything is emulsified and then slowly lift up and down
Yes, it’s raw eggs

I don't have a pesach mixer...would it be crazy to try this by hand? I do have whip.

I have a mousse recipe that calls for liquid eggs and cocoa but not all stores have klp liquid pasteurized eggs. Let me know if you want it.

Can I make this with regular sugar instead of confectionery?

It'll be fine, it doesn't even really need to be whipped. It would just be dense. Whip it as much as you can without driving yourself crazy.

It might not absorb as smoothly but it wouldn't be a disaster.

I also just added a recipe to my imamother recipe box from freidasima.
I assume I can trust it.
You boil whip and chocolate together so the chocolate melts.
You get it cold and then whip it up.
Then you freeze and form into balls to make truffles and dust with cocoa powder.
Haven't tried it and I hardly ever use whip...

I add a little chocolate instant pudding to dessert whip after its whipped. Easy and delicious chocolate mousse.

Shopping now, and all I see is frozen golden flow heavy cream. The picture on the front looks like whipped cream. Is this it?
