I would be wary if it doesn't say klp outright. Regular gefilta fish usually has pure chametz in it.

I believe their recipe doesn’t change from pesach to throughout the year but they do have packages special with kosher lpesach only pesach time we’re production is more stringent. Only use the one with a Klp label

Look on the bottom right in the hechsher. It says in Hebrew כשר לפסח
