I will be going back to work this week and I would like to have a handle on suppers. In the past I usually cook up a fresh dinner however with my long hours and high stress job I'm finding that difficult.
Anyone have idea of easy suppers that I can just pop in the oven? I have been researching one pan dinners and sheet pan dinners. Ideas of those would be great!

I don’t really do recipes- just follow the starch, protein, veg, sauce formula.
Also look into crockpot dinners
I also like cooking ground beef in bulk and freezing in amounts that fit 1 nights dinner.

Can you set the oven to turn on at a certain time? Have access to a crockpot?
I prep and season once a week and freeze, then take out from the freezer in the morning and place in the oven set to delay start so it defrosts during the day and starts baking let's say 1 1/2 hours before dinner. Or I take out of the freezer the night before to thaw and put it up in the crockpot in the morning.
