I just went to a small OOT wedding for a close relative where 25 is legal. It was done very nicely, but had some very handy and creative local talent helped pull it together. Like one person made the chuppah, another family built the chuppah platform, someone else did the kallah's backdrop, meal was catered by different community people for the immediate family. One person was there as the technical person and the pianist. Lots of computers, zoom, tablets. I was there as videographer. We got special permission for my kids to attend and my daugther was the flower girl. It was beautiful, but you need the right people to help make it work.

Not gonna say where but theres a wedding hall where I live making totally regular weddings illegally
