Really delicious Rugelach
If you like it very rich you can add more filling it is very soft freezes beautifully I make it all the time
2 Tbsp yeast
10 cup flour
2 1/2 cup water
Two eggs
Four yolks
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
Two sticks margarine
Dissolve the yeast with 1 teaspoon sugar in warm water
Add margarine sugar eggs
Add flour Mix salt into flour
Mix 10 min let rest three or four minutes then mix again for a few minutes until smooth
Rise one hour punch down rise half hour
Preheat oven to 350
Roll out Into 2 rectangles
use one stick of margarine to Schmeer before putting the filling
put margarine and filling
roll up logs and slice
use 9 or 10 inch pans lined with Parchment paper
spray nonstick cooking spray
Pack buns tightly
bake right away or for fluffier wait 10 minutes if you like it really fluffy wait longer I think between five and 10 minutes is the right amount
Cinnamon filling
1 cup brown sugar 2 tsp cinnamon
Chocolate filling
1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup brown sugar 1 1/2 -2 Tbsp cocoa
Usually I divide the dough in half and use one recipe of each filling
Enjoy Yum!

Didn't try it yet but someone told me about a cute hack that she saw from the comic Cook. She said ro use a ready made pie crust since it is already in a circle. Just roll down the edges and cut into triangles!

Yes check out the Comic Cook. She has an amazing Rugelach hack that someone just sent me. I'm so excited to try it.
I believe this is the link. It's in 2 parts so you'll find the second part on her page.
