Anyone have a really easy and tasty peach cobbler/crumble/kugel recipe?
I have so many peaches from the school lunches...

Thank you! And the peaches alone were fine? Sweet enough as filling themselves, they dont need another fruit mixed with?

sprinkle a little bit (1-2 tablespoons) of cornstarch on the peaches. It’ll thicken the juices as it cooks so it’s less watery.
if the peaches are sour u can sprinkle some sugar as well.
We also like to add a sprinkle of cinnamon.
Top with a basic crumble.
2c flour, 1 egg, 1c sugar, 1c oil. Will cover an 8x8 pan
Bake 350x 40 min

I always make peach blueberry crumble in the summer. Slice peaches and mix with blueberries in a 9x13. Mix with a little tapioca or potato starch and some lemon juice. The topping is quarter cup oats, quarter cup almond flour, quarter cup coconut flour or cassava flour, 2T coconut sugar, a dash of cinnamon, 4T coconut oil, mix till crumbs form, sprinkle over fruit, bake at 325 till fruit is soft and bubbly. yum!
