Why would a court care, if what you're doing is illegal?

I don’t know, is it legal or not? Where I live, rebbeim are having outdoor classes within legal parameters. But if it’s illegal then he can use it against you.

When the education issue was going on, the govt clearly said if it becomes law, you need to send your child to school following standards and if you don't, dept of social services can get involved. So, yes, if ur in a vulnerable position, you should definitely be more careful. There's nothing to stop the city from picking on some family randomly regarding this issue, in fact.
