Can anyone recommend a good recipe using #4 meat to serve on yom tov day.
Open to all options, cooking on stove, in oven, original, classic. To clarify I don't necessarily want a soup recipe but if it's good in a soup, am open to try. This posted under soups and don't know how to change it.
