Help
I made this yesterday and now it looks dry and not so good.
How do I heat this up so it will still be creamy and saucy?
Any hope? I’m having guests 😞...

Too late now, but next time keep the sauce and pasta separate. Heat the sauce and pour over pasta right before serving.

I have a little extra sauce... I guess I’ll heat up and pour over
I meant to cook this today. Not sure how I ended up doing it yesterday.. I only realized my mistake as I was wrapping everything up and putting away last night.

At this point your best bet is to rewarm in a double doubler. Can be on a plata with the pan of penne over another pan of bubbling water.
Good Yom Tov!

It should still taste good, even if it doesn't have the right texture.

Shame I made the same mistake. Hopefully it will be fine when I reheat.
