I've lived in Raanana and by far not everyone is rich there. There are many wealthy people but also many who are average or even poor. There are also wealthier and less wealthy parts of town. I lived there some years ago while definitely classifying as poor and I never felt looked down upon.
I'm glad. I do know people who felt uncomfortable there, so I suppose a lot depends on your social group.
