I live there. We have all kinds.
But those particular streets are not quite at all.

I live in the area. On my street we have non-Jews, Chabad, Stolin-type, yeshivish, and chassidish.
S. Monsey is a main street so no it's not quiet, cars go by fast on there way to/from 59 and saddle.
