Tuna
Salmon
Avocado
Roasted veggies
Cheese omelettes with veggies and French fries

If you can do fleishigs, grilled chicken cutlets are or schnitzel is also delicious.

Smear a dip or mayo on the wrap , add shredded lettuce , tomato cut into strips and whatever else on top, roll and wrap.

Do you have a panini maker or sandwich maker.
I makeceggplant parm wraps.
Peel and slice eggplant. Spray Pam. Salt. Cook in sandwich maker.
Put wrap in sandwich maker. Add marinara sauce, shredded cheese, cooked eggplant. Garlic powder. Cook folded in closed sandwich maker/ panini machine.

You can also make in toaster.

Any ideas. I never tried them before and received several packages from the food program. It may be a thing my kids will like.

Scrambled eggs/ veggies sounds good. Question: how do we roll it - as an eggroll, blintz..?

https://www.epicurious.com/exp.....e/amp here you go!

Warm wrap for a few seconds so it's easy to work with. Place filling in. Fold in sides and then bring up the bottom over them, rolling until all the way closed.

Quesadillas. Layer half with cheese and vegetables. Fold other half over. Brown in pan until cheese is melted. Serve with tomato soup for a full meal.

Make fish tacos. Fry or grill strips of fish with taco or fajita seasoning. Fill wraps with fish, slaw, and an avocado tomato salsa.

Wrap pizza. Use as pizza dough. Layer sauce and cheese. Bake for 13 minutes until bubbly.

You can also slice them into very thin strips, season with salt and spices, and fry the strips in a little cooking spray in a pan until they’re crunchy, then use the strips to top a salad. Kind of like those crunchy Chinese noodles.

I like to fill with a mix of cottage cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, tomato sauce, and any veggies I can get in. Roll a bunch of them (depends on pan size) and fit tightly in pan so they won’t unroll in the oven. Drizzle some more sauce and cheese and bake!

I've done tacco style borritos.

So whatever you'd put in taccos, like lettuce, meat, refried beans, peppers avocado, olives, if meat.

I love doing dairy version which is:

Soy meat crumble seasoned with tacco seasoning, and cooked in a pan with some water to defrost and hydrate them.

Refried beans

Avocado
Lettuce
Olives
Peppers
Cheese
And sour cream

Yummmmm 😋
