I want to make garlic knots or something garlicky from pizza dough that is bought. Any recipes?

No recipe exactly, but I mix the following together:
Crushed garlic (frozen cubes or fresh)
Oregano
Basil
Salt
Pepper
Optional: Red chili flakes and rosemary
Mix with enough olive oil to make a paste. Make knots and brush them all over. Bake for 10-15 minutes at 350 (depending on the size of your knots).
I find onion detracts so I usually don't put in, but some granulated or dehydrated onion might be your style.

Roll dough into small ropes. Knot each one. Bake at 450 for about 12 minutes. Shake in a Ziploc with oil, crushed garlic, coarse salt and parsley flakes. Serve warm.
