Can someone help me with Marc Joseph loafers sizing? My daugher needs about a 9.5 or 10. Why do they seem to jump from 5.5 to 10.5? Am I missing something?

Marc joseph sizing is weird.
Some are true to size and some are huuuuge
My dd had last year and they wore really nicely.
Amazon had them mid-summer for 11.99 loafers and 20.00 booties so bought then.
