Balboa Mist was my dream color for the living room. But when I painted a sample, it looked sad and weird: a dirty pale purple. Yet in other houses the same paint looks airy and amazing.

You can have a few samples painted onto the wall. Costs a few $ and that way you can see it realistically in your space.

I am thinking the living room light yellow like the color of a potato and the dining room very light olive. Do you know a certain color that will match these descriptions?

My living room and dining room are painted Benjamin Moore Guilford green. I love it so much. People always comment on it. It's a very warm soft color. Was thinking to do it 50% but I'm happy I didn't.

I have a white chair molding in my dining room. These are the colors I have . It's green in the bottom and greyish on top. It is really pretty. (Benjamin Moore I believe)
