I am looking to start a little business from home.
To give you an idea of what I am looking for and where my strong points are I am not good with figures, I love little kids and babies but would not want to look after them on a regular basis, I am not artistic. I have elderly parents so I'm not looking for a role in caring for the elderly.
I am very patient. I have an active mind and am very good at problem solving, I can do only the basics on a computer. I was thinking possibly of manufacturing and/ or selling ladies long sleeve cotton tops and possibly tichels to include tichels which are not too modern looking and different size tichels neither of which I can buy locally. I also enjoy baking and I bake quite a few diabetic items. Do you think the above ideas could give me some parnossoh?
I live in the u.k.
I apologise for posting anonymously because I have given some personal information.
Sorry for the long post and many thanks in advance for any advice given to me.

Any kind of sales business is going to depend on local demand, and whether you can work up a demand for the item in question. It's hard to answer that without knowing your community. Also think about where you will source your raw materials, and how much time you want to invest. Were you thinking of sewing the shirts/tichels yourself, or ordering them and selling at a profit? Sewing takes a fair amount of time, and however much you think you like it, can get tedious.
Good luck with your plans.
