Can someone please give an example of what to write in a journal ad for dd's school?
It's my first & I don't knwo what to write.

in my kids school journal, I wrote a little "thank you" to the teachers who teach our kids.

I'm past the point of trying to come up with anything clever or profound, and content myself with "lezecher nishmas" whatever relatives; "In honor of" this year's honorees; or "in honor of" or "with gratitude to" the teachers and staff. AAMOF, next year I may skip the ad composition altogether and confine my writing to the check.
the point IMO is to give $ to the school, not to make a name for myself as a wit or a writer. I can come here for that!
