Yes, הבערה means pronunciation. מבטא (mivta) means accent.

הבערה means burning, הברה is the spelling.
This is what morfix says: syllable; accent; (literary) sound, echo
The way it's usually used, I think dialect makes most sense, since you won't say someone is speaking a language with the "wrong" dialect but you would possibly say that about the word accent.

for example Rosh Hashana vs Roish Hashana vs. Roish Hashuna (can't put the rolling Raish in here)
