My husband recently ended many years of kollel to help support the family and started his own business. As is normal, he is interacting with women more and I'm so not used to it. He's very careful and is totally appropriate with his phone conversations and text messages, but I just get uncomfortable when he even just sends a smiley face or laughs with them on only business related topics. I know these are all normal things, so please don't bash me or raise any issues, please just offer the right perspective here and what I should be thinking in my head.

It’s nothing personal, just business.

That's hard. I also find it a hard balance between work and friendly conversation. He is just starting out, with time he will have an easier time striking that fine line. Hatzlacha with this new transition and with his business! Hashem should bentch you with an easy parnassah and the means to help others.
