Any suggestions on removing thick deodorant stains from shells, specifically black shells.
I have some great shells that I love, but the deodorant stains are thick - and a few even retain an odor even after washing them.
Any ideas how to remove them - - and/or prevent them from happening again?
Thanks!

Add oxiclean (powder) to machine and wash in hot water, but let it soak before washing.
