Any really good Pesachdik Extracts for cakes?

Any really good Pesachdik Extracts for cakes, besides Vanilla and Almond, the typical ones?

Years ago, after looking for extracts for along time, I found a Pesachdik Mint Extract that tasted like what I think turpentine would taste like. Really bad.

Orange and lemon. But only pure, not imitation, from Gefen.

Forget extracts. Use the outer peel very finely grated, and then use the juice as part of the liquid.

Just make sure you scrub the peel very well before you start grating. If you have a "zester" it will make the perfect texture.

Do NOT use the white part of the orange or lemon, it's bitter and nasty.

They only make those in imitation flavors for pesach. Puke

Im not sure the year-round mint extract is genuine, but it tastes a whole lot better than the Pesach one I bought.
