My twins are 7 months old and I finally have time to start getting myself back into shape.
I'm extremely weak from my twin pregnancy, c-section, and another minor abdominal surgery that I had slightly thereafter. I can barely lift ANYTHING and I get tired easily. I want to start exercising so I can have more overall strength and energy. I don't need to lose weight, just to gain strength.
I was never a big exercise person before and I haven't had a lot of experience with this but I'm very motivated now.
Can anyone recommend an exercise video or series that won't kill me and make me drop out before I start?

She’s always my starter person. Has a lot of body hiit. Non repeats (which I find easier in the beginning cuz everything is so hard and don’t want to do it).
Madfit has fun dance videos also goes by fast!

If I have less time and want quick though, I do the series of Victoria secret workouts by XHIT Daily on YouTube
