I dont know where you live but here in the UK tweens, teens and women of all ages are wearing maxi flowy shabbos dresses (also midi)

Hilarious, I recently purchased that dress and I LOVE it. I'm definitely no teen, but I think it looks great on a variety of ages if you have the right shape, and it's one of my favorites.
