Hi! I've been following the Rambam diet for 3 years now, but I've only started drinking coffee now☺ so I'm uncertain about what the diet holds about coffee.
Is anyone here familiar with the diet? Would ot be ok to have a coffee in the morning before the High Water Content meal? Or wht about drinking it in the afternoon as a snack?

I think the diet is not crazy about coffee or any caffeine but if you drink it regularly you do not have to stop.

OP, can you share the guidelines for the RAMBAM diet, or provide a link. Need to start a new diet and might as well check this one out.

It's a great diet in which you incorporate one new habit every week so that you don't take on too much at once and every step is manageable
