but I also have news ...  no don't be so shocked ... we have an extra hour ... you live in brooklyn ... quickly buy some stuff and throw together another cholent ... GO FOR IT!!!
beans, kishka, meat & all ... it will stew tonight & be great by tomorrow ...

home-made meat kishke?
isn't cheek meat the best, so salty. everytime my husband brings it home I dont have to put a drop of salt in the chulent and it's still very salty. he works for his father who exports meats.
