Hi,
I have a package of California Style Vegetables - broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots. Does anyone have some kind of idea what I can do with it for dinner tonight?
Im serving a parve supper (fish), so meat or dairy, either or. I'm thinking of a cold salad with the veggies, but have no idea of what kind...
Any ideas?

I always use the calif. veg. to make quiche. You can make it pareve or milchig.
