How much water to put in? Un/covered? How long?

After I clean/scrub them under running water, I roast them either on a rack or a piece of tin foil on the rack for about a half hour on 350F.

If out of the husk, uncovered about 20 - 25 min at 400 (20 min is just done, not browned, for extra sweetness).

Spray with Pam and broil on high on the top rack. No water. Should be done in about ten min or until both sides are brown

In husk, whatever temperature the oven is on, until the hairs get burnt and the outer leaves are brown and dried out looking.

I wrap mine individually in tinfoil and put on a cookie sheet.
Cook at 450 for 30 minutes

For stovetop, bring a big pot of water to a boil. Add the shucked corn, cover, turn off heat and let stand 5 minutes. Remove with tongs right away.
