Can I freeze broccoli kugel as it has a about a tablespoon of mayonnaise in it? Thanx.. I had thought that you can’t freeze anything with mayonnaise in it, but I wasn’t sure, and it’s such a small amount..?

These kugels usually shed lots of water and are soggy when thawed/reheated. Unless it has lots of starch added.

I’ve reheated it successfully from frozen, like I would for a potato Kugel, by putting it uncovered in a hot oven (about 400 degrees Fahrenheit), until it is heated through. If top starts to get too dark, loosely cover with foil.

I freeze broccoli kugel often. It comes out great. And it has mayo in the recipe.
