I’d love to move to a suburban community with a crowd similar to 5 towns or LA (but both of those are not affordable). Florida is simply just too hot for me. Not interested in Jackson/Toms River. Any other ideas?

I guess both? We have some friends there and overall I feel comfortable in that crowd. We’re more JPF than MO though, for school choices at least. But socially we have friends in both crowds.
