I received a product with an OV hechsher from St. Louis. I was wondering if this is an orthodox hechsher (vs. conservative/reform)?

I've also been told it's reliable. According to the OU they will certify food products containing OV certified ingredients.

if you're still wondering, I know one of the OV mashgichim personally- he's yeshivish/litvish and as far as I know it's an excellent hechsher...
