How many do you want to seat? I’d say at least 12/15
2 6 ft folding tables…

You can fit 2 6 foot tables. They fit 3 on each side. So that will give you 12. If you push them all the way to one side you can get one person on the end. So that's 13. If you use a bench instead of folding chairs you can squeeze in a couple more, especially if kids.

Figure each person needs at 2 ft of table Space (you might be able to manage 1.5 for kids depending on your chairs) and you need 2 ft around the table on all sides for sitting/ passage.
So you can fit a 10 ft table (a 6 and a 4 probably) which can fit 5 on each side plus one on each end for a total of 12.
Or a 12 ft table with one end not used can fit 6 per side plus one on an end for a total of 13

Comfortably you can sit 10 people around 2 attached 6 foot tables. Though 12 feet is tight in a 15 ft frame, so I'd suggest one side be pushed to the wall leaving you with 9 comfortable seats (and the possibility of pushing in a 10th when necessary).
If you can find a 10 foot table, that would be most comfortable for your sukkah size.
