I have CFS. I have one child and he is 6 years old. We don't have any neighbors home and I'm starting to freak out. I tried inviting some ppl over but it didn't work out.

It's a hard day but it WILL be over at some point. Survival until then and just know that at some point it does end.
That's the attitude I try to have with those kinds of situations.
What is your son interested in? Books? Have time to go to the library? Does anyone have any toys you could borrow so he has something different to play with? (You can do a toy trade with them for the day).

I don't know your son or his energy level or how well he can play by himself but hopefully it won't be as bad as you are anticipating.
