How much are tickets
Do they need to be purchased in advance
Do I need a green passport
How many hours do you suggest is needed for a couple and one year old
Is it crazy to go on a Friday

We ordered online. You get a time of arrival. (You have a 2 hour leeway and they are not strict)
It's huge so I would say you need for sure 4-5 hours.
You don't need a coronapass
