Marinade chicken in the below.
3 Tablespoons honey
2 cloves frozen garlic
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon mustard
2 tablespoons oil
1 egg
Salt and pepper.
Marinade for at least an hour or overnight. Dip in corn flake crumbs and bake covered for 2 hours on 350.

Just use egg to wet/coat the chicken, then put on the crumbs and do whatever you do- shake, flip and do the other side, whatever….
Also not sure why Mayo is artificial….

Thanks- I am really not a good cook. Newly married…… what do you mean by shake flip and do other side? Coat both sides with eggs basically?

If you think mayo is artificial, be sure to read the ingredients in the crumbs you're buying. I was surprised to find some funky things in some of the bags.

You can do a few different things:
1. Put your chicken in a bag, shake it to coat it with egg, then pour in crumbs and shake.
2. You can put your chicken in a pan, rub on the egg, then flip and repeat on the other side.
3. Same as 2, but don’t flip (essentially coating only one side)

There are so many variations you can try. You need to moisten the chicken with something at least a little sticky so the crumbs can stick. Salad dressing works as does honey/mustard or egg or a marinade. For crumbs you can use plain breadcrumbs, seasoned breadcrumb (bought pre-seasoned or you can do it yourself), cornflake crumbs, crushed potato chips, or almost anything really. Sometimes I'll dip my chicken in tehina thinned out with a drop of lemon juice and then dip it in falafel mix.

I have a very easy recipe.
Put corn flake crumbs in a bag and add whatever spices you want (salt, garlic powder paprika etc) and mix. Rinse your skinless chicken and add to the bag. Shake it so the chicken is coated. Put in pan with the extra crumbs and bake covered. you can uncover at the end if you like it crispier.

*JUST A REMINDER* if you do this when you have company, either let everyone know that it’s dipped in techina, or find out before if there are any sesame allergies.

You can make your own mayo if store bought is too artificial. Also would suggest making your own bread crumbs (from homemade bread) since cornflake crumbs are super processed.
