Any job recruiters on here I can reach out to? I want to know what's normal to be getting per hour for my position? I'm coming to this office after 5 years of work experience in an unrelated field (but meaning I'm not a shnook, I know how to be responsible, etc.)
Now I am working a but over a year, I learned quickly and take care of my responsibilities well. What's normal to get per hour in the nursing home medical billing field?

Not a recruiter but an office manager in this field. Depends on a few diff things like how many hours you work etc but I’d say 48k give or take

I work 6.5 hours day, 30 hours a week.
48k is a lot more than what I'm getting... how do I approach the subject? I officially got a raise in August and then went out on maternity leave. Now I'm back and realize that I really could be making a lot more...

48k over 37 hours a week (full time in Lakewood) works out to 40k for 30 hrs a week.
