You can roast it - but it only makes a small amount or make a cauliflower kugel inside a pie shell - it's delicious!
1 bag cauliflower - defrosted and cut into small pieces
mayo
sauteed onions
onion soup mix
flour
eggs

A little flour for consistency
Salt and ppepper

I had a yummy califlower dish that was divine,
she sauteed onions to carmelized, mash the cooked califlower and add on top of the onions,I think I would put more carmelized onions on top for presentation.

Delicious simple salad - you can use either defrosted frozen or fresh raw cauliflower - they'll taste different but either way is delicious. Just pour store bought or homemade italian dressing (light is fine) and allow to marinate for an hour or so. Sounds unappetizing but it's yummy!

You could just steam and serve. Or make fake mashed potatoes. I like plain cooked veggies most of the time personally.
