My Zojirushi can handle that much, if I do a little extra prep in the beginning.

Can someone recommend a bread machine that can hold 8 cups of flour (my usual small recipe for 2 loaves)?

I recently had to replace my Panasonic (finally died). I bought an Oster which is officially 2 lbs. The recipes call for max 5 cups flour. I can easily fit 7 cups flour. Of course only for dough cycle. I take it out as soon as it's finished and let it rise more in a bigger bowl. Otherwise it would overflow.

I bought a slightly more expensive one at first, since it said 2.5 lb capacity. However I found that the bread pan was exactly the same size. I returned it and bought the cheap one. Happy so far, I've only used it for a couple of weeks.

Hope this helps.
