Hi!
I need to cook dinner for a large group of kids, approx 50 people. Any ideas for something easy and delicious? Was thinking sesame chicken but such a hassle to stand over each piece of chicken as you fry. Needs to be fleishigs…

Something in the oven would be easiest so maybe chicken or a roast.
Dinner done also has a recipie for shnitzel that you bread in a bag and put in the oven and it's really easy. I make it a lot comes out so crispy and yum
ETA GOOD LUCK!

If you have a grill, grilled baby chicken as a main is really fast. I just marinade in oil, salt, garlic powder, black pepper, and a dash of lemon juice....mix up, and grill. You can do quite a few at a time, and it goes quickly.

Spaghetti or pasta
Frozen fries
Cut up veggies (cherry tomatoes, mini peppers and baby carrots so no actual cutting) + dip
Main - either meatballs (made in pan in oven) or breaded cutlets (shake in bag to dress) in oven. Whichever is easier.
Edit this is actual menu I used to make for chabad house tot shabbat programs (toddlers playing erev shabbos). Things are more time or labor intensive than you realize. You don't want anything with multiple steps or dishes. You want to cook in morning or advance and serve on sternos.

Different pastas and salad is a great idea.
Or Chinese buffet.
Avoid large chunks of things, like chicken or meat. Too much waste.

Corned beef roasts, kids love that, just serve with a honey mustard sauce…
Other roasts with potatoes, baked chicken cutlets with a yummy sauce can be over rice or with potatoes, ziti with meat sauce goes a long way, you can just brown chopped meat then pour in cans of manwich sauce and serve over pasta (kids love it), meatballs and spaghetti (meatballs in oven baked straight in marinara sauce), deli roll, franks n blanks

For a group of kids I would do
sesame chicken in the oven. Coat chicken nuggets in flour, cover in the sauce and bake.
Baked rice
1 cup rice
2 cups water
1/4 cup oil
2 T soy sauce
2 T onion soup mix
Baked brocolli
Oil soy sauce and garlic

18 min breaded cutlets
1/2 cup oil
1 cup pretzel or cornflake crumbs
1 tbs honey
Salt garlic powder and parsley flakes to taste.
Mix in bowl. Add thin sliced cutlets and toss.
Bake at 375* for 18 min.
Serve with oven baked quinoa or rice
