Is there such a thing? So it can be prepared at like 11pm and taken out at 6am?

Sure. Prepare your regular kugel, bake for 2 hours hours, then cover your pan tightly with foil and place it in a water bath. Cook overnight on 200.

I think Between Carpools has an exact recipe posted.

10 potatoes
10 eggs
1cup oil
1 cup seltzer
1/2 cup hot water
2 tablespoons kosher salt

Grease 9x13 inch baking pan and small loaf pan.
Shred potatoes and combine with rest of ingredients.
Bake on 450 for one hour. Then lower heat to 220, cover and bake overnight.

Thanks. I guess there’s nothing that can be put straight in on one temp the whole time?

I don’t think so. Everything I tried needed an hour on high temp first, at least.
