I feel uncomfortable telling my boss that I'm mismarrying and having a d&c this week.
I will be out for a few days though. How can I tell him in a decent way that I need to be out for a few days for medical reasons without scaring him or sounding to suspicious

I would just say I need to have a minor medical procedure and tell him how many days you will be out for.

You don't need to give details. Just say that you're having a minor medical procedure and you'll be out for afew days.

You can also add that you're ok so he wont have to be concerned.
