I’m looking for a yummy carb I can have with my coffee in the morning that’s not too high in points.

Müesli:
2-3 tablespoons of plain, whole grain oats (without added sugar, you have to check)
a drop of milk
3 Tablespoons of yoghurt (nature, without sugar, check that too)
200 g diced fruit of your choice (nectarine, strawberry, blueberry, a few roasted almonds, cantaloupe apple - grated, with cinnamon, orange, etc)
This should not cost too many points, it's very satisfying and also helps digestion because of the fibers.
you can also prepare it in the evening,so the oats have time to soak up the milk and yoghurt.
You can also add chia seeds
