I don’t know how many such things there are that you can listen to on the phone.
There are plenty of interesting podcasts out there but they’re only available online or through an app.

There are quite a few but I don’t know the numbers
Kol halashon
Mordechai Weinberger has a hotline with very interesting stuff on it
Hamaspik has a hotline where you can listen to various different speakers and personal stories
Chazak hotline
There is a teen one I used to enjoy but I forgot what it was called
Chani Felberbaum has one with interesting things about trauma and how to help yourself
