And you're gonna say winter. Especially since the most knotty area is nape of neck
But it's like terrible and I brush it out and next day it's terrible again! Like kinky and knotty and looks like hairs are breaking cuz much more on the top than at the bottom
What should I do

This all has to do with hooded coats (even if you don't wear the hood), fur collars, funnel collars, all the little extras on your coat and on your turtleneck/sweater.
I've bought coats that I had to return when I tried on and realized they'd make a bird's nest of my hair.

I also get terrible knots if I wear a necklace. It's so annoying! I really want to wear necklaces but this makes it a problem.

Perfume!!!
I realized that when I use perfume it makes it knotty.

Happens to me even without a coat. I noticed that this winter has been worse than others for the wigs. Not sure why. I use mane and tail detangler daily and hair oil in the nape area every few days. Definitely helps. Also when washing it I make sure to let the conditioner sit in the nape area for a few hours (I do my own wigs, I'm a SM).
