I have a lot to lose and I am pregnant. what is the basic idea of this diet? what are the pros and cons?
what are the different plans and how do I pick one?

It's a diet. Like other diets. Diets don't work.

I did it last year though I believe they changed around the program since then. It is not a program made to lose a lot of weight quickly, but rather change eating habits and lose slowly and in a healthy way.
It asked me a questionnaire and gave me a color program to try based on my answers and goals. It was slightly altered since I was breastfeeding
Have you discussed with your dr? I was obese during pregnancy but still discouraged from trying to lose weight or restrict my diet. I did control my weight gain though through approved exercises

Forget it. Most people don’t maintain any weight loss which is why WW keeps changing their diet! If it worked, they wouldn’t need to keep changing it so drastically the time…

I gained on weight watchers. The 21 day fix worked better for me...more of an emphasis on healthy eating.
