I made a mushroom sauce...
I fried an onion then cooked fresh mushroom then added water mixed with some cornflour
Now I taste it it has a floury taste .Is there anything to do about that? Why did it happen?

I know it’s late, but for the future. You probably didn’t cook your sauce enough after adding starch. Let it simmer for a while. It needs to cook out.
