I just cooked some garlic that I had frozen and some white stuff came out of it. Does anyone know what that is? If its ok go eat? I cooked garlic like this before but don’t remember meber the white stuff

I make garlic confit every week with frozen garlic and that always happens. Its fine. If you want to avoid then deforost garlic fully first
