What do people usually do for end of year gifts for Morahs? My oldest is in a daycare this year and I'm not sure whats done.

I give chanuka and purim. The only end of year I ever gave was and ice coffee with a cheese danish and a thank you note. Whatever you give will be very appreciated.

If there is no group gift collected, I usually give a gift card with a nice note.

I'm a morah in Lakewood for over 25 years never had group gift for the end of the year.
OP no pressure, give if you feel like it, don't if you don't.
Some ppl write a nice card and include a gift card, some ppl give a gift and most don't give anything.
A nice thank you card is always welcome and very much appreciated!
I personally give my kid's teachers flowers or a cheesecake for Shavuos.
