Leaf salad with roasted pears beets and salmon chunks . Probably a balsamic dressing would be yum on that .

If I was going to have a dairy meal with no heating necessary, I think I'd make a big greek or Caesar salad and then just put out an amazing cheese board with nice crackers, nuts and some cut up apple slices or veggies that pair well.

Farmer cheese mixed with sour cream lots of paprika spice could add white pepper, garlic powder. Could add purple onions or scallions.
