I feel like a boring mom. Nothing interests me. I'm honestly not sure if that means I'm depressed. I used to enjoy reading fiction, cooking, gardening, going on dates. Now I don't feel like doing anything. I don't want to talk to anyone either. What do you do for fun?

I decorate my house, watch you tube videos, paint my nails and go for walks.

Same. I used to enjoy the mundane. I think it's the internet that robbed the fun out of a juicy good book. I used to on occasion watch a good movie I'd get myself. Now I watch clips and have a shorter attention span. I really need to stop.
Oh well sorry op!

I know for me I feel the way you do when I'm tired. Exhaustion makes me feel like I can't do anything.
To answer your question, craft, read, walk on the boardwalk, maybe bake.

I read when I want relaxing quiet fun, and go on trips when I want action.

Gym, read, get together with friends, dance, bath soak, sing my heart out (sorry upstairs neighbor!) sometimes I sit down with my kids and color a page in their books (it’s actually so soothing and enjoyable - and my kids always ohh and ahh by how nice it comes out...) (don’t laugh, I’ve also done perler beads with them. There are so many cute patterns online and relaxing plus great bonding time with kids, win win!)

I don’t know if it means that you’re depressed, but definitely in a funk. Life is boring and mundane and you need to consciously make yourself periods of enjoyment.
They don’t have to be anything major, just little things with the right attitude.

Definitely one of the symptoms of depression is not having interest in things you used to enjoy. But you would only be considered depressed if you have some other symptoms as well. Trouble sleeping no appetite crying feeling worthless etc
